Meet the Team

Robert Ostrander, President
Mr. Ostrander has been involved in the practice of financial planning for over 40 years. He holds multiple financial industry licenses including Series 7, 24, and 63 in addition to his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation. Bob is licensed in many states for Life, Accident, Health Insurance and Annuities and licensed in the state of Ohio for Property and Casualty Insurance. Mr. Ostrander earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Otterbein College and has taught financial planning at The Ohio State University and Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
Bob has presented seminars to numerous corporations throughout his career, is involved with several volunteer programs, and has made regular presentations on both television and radio. Mr. Ostrander has also been or is a member of the Board of Directors for multiple companies, both public and not-for-profit.
Mr. Ostrander has been happily married for over 38 years to his lovely wife Debbie. He has three grown children.

Richard Milliken, Vice President
Mr. Milliken has been engaged in the financial planning business for over 10 years. He holds multiple financial industry licenses, including Series 6, 26, 28, and 63 as well as Life, Health, and Annuities. Mr. Milliken earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Ohio Northern University and is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation through The American College.
Mr. Milliken has a wonderful family with his wife of 9 years, Kelly, and their two children. Mr. Milliken enjoys almost all outside sporting activities, playing with his kids and cheering on the OSU Buckeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Tyus Nedd, Board Member
Tyus Nedd currently serves as senior pastor of International Christian Center, a multicultural, multi racial and multi generational church in Columbus, Ohio. He is a dream coach for corporate executive, college and high school coaches, students, and pastors helping them discover, develop, and deploy their dreams. He previously served as an elder of Rhema Christian and as pastor of youth for New Generation, Rhema Christian Center’s youth ministry in Columbus, Ohio. He also served as a children and youth worker at Evangel Temple in Washington D.C.
Pastor Nedd is the author of the book, Fire and Focus and its workbook and the newly released book, Dream Slayers which will be in bookstores in 2009. He has ministered at colleges, schools, youth conferences, men’s conventions, camps, detention centers, and churches throughout the United States and abroad.
He currently lives in Columbus, Ohio. He and his wife, Pat, have four children: Shawn, Tyus Jr., Corey, and Tyisha.
